This beer poured with a very thick, off-white head. The beer color is a paler, bright yellow - very clear. Good amount of carbonation. Mild aroma - kind of a generic "beer" aroma with maybe a few grass-like hints. The taste is mild and very lager. However, there is some malt and a foamier mouth feel, as well as some bitter (that lingers) which make this stand out from your run-of-the-mill mild lagers. Fairly thin finish. Slight aftertaste - just a little hint of bitter beer. A nice, clean lager but needs a little more "oomph" for my taste.
