This beer poured with a small, beige head. Beer color is a bright copper. The aroma has some fruit, sweetness, and spice. There is also a vegetal quality. The taste is more malt and spice, then you get some hops and bitterness from the IPA side of things. Maybe a little bite from the alcohol. The aftertaste leaves you with some bitterness and spice. This blend works for me - I think I prefer it over either of the individual beers that go into it.
