G'Knight poured with a thin, beige head. Beer color is a hazy, orange-ish amber. The aroma is sweet, with candied & dark fruits, brown sugar and a little pine in the background. Pine bitterness comes out a lot more in the taste. Sweetness, but not as much as the aroma. Dark fruit, malt. A spicy, alcohol bite. Slightly dry on the finish. Leaves you with a complex, medium strength aftertaste - dry, spicy, bitter and sweet. This is a 'lot of beer', and not one you would really expect to find in a can!
