This beer poured with a thin, dark tan head. Beer color is a very dark brown; when the glass is held up to the light, a very small amount of light can be seen around the edges. The aroma has a lot of dark fruit, a little banana, brown sugar and a note of the higher alcohol. The taste has the dark fruits, a little roasted malt, yeast, brown sugar, candied fruits and an even stronger note of the high alcohol. The aftertaste leaves you with a little roasted malt and alcohol.
