This beer poured with a thick, tan colored head. Beer color is a darker amber. Aroma has citrus (orange & grapefruit), some caramel/toffee, and hints of floral/fruit. Medium bodied. The taste has a mild underlying bitterness most of the way through. There is also cocoa, caramel, breadiness and some spice. Somewhat dry finish. An unusual beer, but one certainly worth trying.
