This beer poured with a medium to thicker head that was bone colored. Beer color is a medium to darker golden yellow. The aroma is wheat, yeast, lemon and spice. The taste is more of the same, with the pepper coming through a little stronger (the cayenne?). Maybe a little banana. Medium in strength. The higher alcohol is noticeable and it kind of warms going down. Dry finish. Leaves you with a slightly dry, yeasty aftertaste. This beer has the yeasty/wheaty features of a Belgian wit, with high alcohol and a real peppery quality.
