This beer poured with a small, lighter tan colored head. Beer color is a darker amber or copper. I am getting fruit, citrus and caramel in the aroma. It is nicely sweet. The taste has a mellow bitter, caramel, nuts, bread. There is also a floral quality. The aftertaste leave you with a bitter note and a little floral. This is a smooth, balanced, flavorful amber.
