A medium, creamy-colored head. The beer is a light golden/amber hue, with a touch of orange. There is some real fresh, fruity citrus to the aroma. The citrus does not dominate the taste, but there is definitely some citrus, pine and floral there from the hops. Some malt to balance it out; nice mouth feel. Medium bodied. Dry finish. The aftertaste leaves you with a lingering, mellow bitter that makes you want more. I'm really liking this one.

Victory Headwaters Pale Ale ....
I made it through the first six months! Time to start on the second half of a year of beer, with a Headwaters Pale Ale from Victory Brewing Company. Twelve ounce bottle. Their web site lists 5.1% ABV.
