Polestar poured with a medium, white colored head. The beer color is a pale yellow. The aroma is slightly yeasty/bready and there is a little spice. Mild to medium bodied. Fairly simple - some bready malt and a dry, slightly bitter finish. The aftertaste is also slightly bitter.
