Aprihop poured with a small head that wasn't quite tan, but was more brown than off-white. The beer color is a darker copper. The aroma has some citrusy hops, more of a grapefruit/orange. The taste is very hops-centered, with some real flavor of grapefruit. Maybe just a touch of pine. The hops don't get really bitter which I think can be attributed to some sweetness from the apricots. I don't get any real "apricot" flavor - just some fruity hints to the aroma and taste. Slightly dry finish and leaves a little bit of smooth bitterness as an aftertaste. Very tasty!
