This beer poured with a VERY thick, white head. The beer color is a pale yellow and very clear. I get some malt and floral/fruity hops in the aroma. Somewhat of a "light" beer, but there is some definite malt which is then followed by a sour bitterness from the hops. It leaves a little bitterness on the aftertaste.
