White Christmas poured with a medium, off white head. Beer color is a cloudy straw, with just a touch of darker golden yellow. The aroma is wheat and citrus, with some mild spices. The spices are more predominant in the taste - seems to be some cinnamon and nutmeg. Malty, bready with a little yeast bite. Fairly effervescent. Leaves the mouth slightly dry with a little cinnamon aftertaste. A beer with some nice holiday flavors.
