Brooklyn Pilsner ....

Tonight I will have the Pilsner from Brooklyn Brewery.  5.1% ABV is listed on the twelve ounce bottle.  The web site shows 33 IBUs.

This Pisner poured with a medium, off-white head.  Beer color is a medium yellow.  The aroma is malty, with a little lemon, spice.  Medium bodied.  The taste has malt, grain, grassy qualities, a little spice.  There is a nice bitterness that gives the beer some depth and variety; more so than most pilsners.  A dry finish.  The aftertaste leaves you with a little of the dry bitterness.
