ESB poured with a thin, off-white colored head. The beer color is a golden shade that I wouldn't quite call amber. The aroma has some sweet caramel, fruit and hops. The taste has some nice malts, followed by some sweetness and hops towards the finish. Mild to medium bodied. For some reason, I keep hoping for a little more hops hit at the tail end of the sip. Even though bitter is in the name, you get very little bitter, even on the aftertaste.
