Tonight's beer poured with a thick, almost chocolate-brown head. The color is a dark blackish brown and no light penetrates when the glass is held up to the light. The aroma is a nice mix of chocolate and coffee. It has a nice foamy mouth feel. Some nice malt. There is a smokiness to the taste. Medium to full bodied. Fairly dry finish and a slight bitterness to the aftertaste.
