Woody Creek White poured with a very thick, bone colored head. The beer color is a medium copper/amber. Aroma is fairly mild, with some nice citrus that seems to be more grapefruit than anything else; a little bready. The bitter grapefruit citrus is prominent in the taste. There is some malt there that keeps it from being all about the hops. A little spice. Leaves you with a little grapefruit-like bitterness as an aftertaste.
