Woody Creek White poured with a small to medium head that was almost white in color. Beer color is a pale yellow; it is cloudy and a lot of sediment is visible. Aroma is very yeasty with a lot of spice. The taste is not quite as aggressive as the aroma. Some pepper and spice, then yeast and wheat. A tart, dry finish. Nice mouth feel. I am not the biggest fan of this type of beer, but this one has a lot of good things going on in the flavor department.
