Boont poured with a medium head that was a little darker than bone. The color is a golden honey that leans towards copper. Fairly cloudy. The aroma has some prominent floral & fruity notes. Mild to medium bodied. The floral/fruity notes carry through very clearly to the taste. Slightly sweet. There is some nice malt and enough hops to keep the sweetness and floral/fruit from becoming cloying. Very little aftertaste. A balanced and interesting beer.
