The Hop Ottin' poured with a medium head. The color is a rich honey, or perhaps a little copperish. The aroma is one of hops and citrus, with a touch of sweetness. The flavor is on the strong side of medium. There is a bit of a bite, that makes me think of grapefruit. The grapefruity citrus sticks with you on the aftertaste. There is some malt there that keeps the bitterness toned down.
